Removal Procedure

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.
    2. Fig 1: Jounce Bumper (4WD 15 Series)

  2. Unsnap the jounce bumper from the mounting cup (4WD 15 Series).
    3. Fig 2: Jounce Bumper (All 25/35 Series And RWD 15 Series With Coil Spring)

  3. Remove the nut from the jounce bumper stud (All 25/35 Series and RWD 15 Series with coil spring).
  4. Remove the jounce bumper.
