The scan tool displays On or Off. The scan tool displays On when the vehicle is in Park and the DIM is providing ground to the ignition lock cylinder control switch. The scan tool displays Off when the vehicle is not in Park and the DIM is not providing ground to the ignition lock cylinder control switch.
