Installation Procedure

Connect the yaw rate sensor electrical connector (2).

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

Install the yaw rate sensor (3).
Tighten: Tighten the 2 yaw rate sensor mounting nuts (1) to 6 N.m (53 lb in).
Reposition the left trim panel.
Install the rear shelf trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Rear Window Shelf (Without Sunshade) or Trim Panel Replacement - Rear Window Shelf (With Sunshade) in Interior Trim.
Install the rear compartment trim. Refer to Compartment Front Trim Panel Replacement - Rear in Body Rear End.
Perform the ABS Diagnostic System Check. Refer to Diagnostic System Check - ABS .
