Scan Tool Output Controls

The Scan Tool Output Controls for the following control modules is located in the Special Functions section of the Scan Tool Menu.

Driver Door Module (DDM) Scan Tool Output Controls

Scan Tool Output Control	Additional Menu Selection(s)	Description
Special Functions	Door Deadbolt Lock/Unlock	When Lock Deadbolt is selected, the DDM momentarily pulses the driver door deadbolt motor, locking the driver door. When Unlock Deadbolt is selected, the DDM momentarily pulses the driver door deadbolt motor, unlocking the driver door.
Special Functions	Door Switch Backlight	When On is selected, the DDM turns the backlighting on the switches on the drivers door ON.
Special Functions	Driver Mirror Horizontal Motor	When Left is selected, the DDM powers the driver mirror in the Left direction for approximately 5 seconds. When Right is selected, the DDM powers the driver mirror in the Right direction for approximately 5 seconds.
Special Functions	Driver Mirror Vertical Motor	When Up is selected, the DDM powers the driver mirror in the Up direction for approximately 5 seconds. When Down is selected, the DDM powers the driver mirror in the Down direction for approximately 5 seconds.
Special Functions	Driver Window Motor	When Up is selected, the DDM commands the driver door window motor in the Up direction for approximately 5 seconds. When Down is selected, the DDM commands the driver door window motor in the Down direction for approximately 5 seconds.
Special Functions	Exterior Courtesy Lamp	When On is selected, the DDM turns the exterior courtesy lamp located on the bottom edge of the drivers door ON.
Special Functions	LF Latch Solenoid	When On is selected, the DDM momentarily pulses the driver door latch motor. When Off is selected, the DDM momentarily pulses the driver door latch motor.
Special Functions	Lock Switch Indicator	When On is selected, the DDM turns the driver door lock switch indicator On.
Special Functions	Mirror Fold	When In is selected, the DDM powers the driver mirror to fold to the In position. When Out is selected, the DDM powers the driver mirror to fold to the Out position.
Special Functions	Mirror Heater	When On is selected, the DDM turns On the driver mirror heating element for approximately 5 seconds.

Left Rear Door Module (LRDM) Scan Tool Output Controls

Scan Tool Output Control	Additional Menu Selection(s)	Description
Special Functions	Door Deadbolt Lock/Unlock	When Lock Deadbolt is selected, the LRDM momentarily pulses the left rear deadbolt motor, locking the left rear door. When Unlock Deadbolt is selected, the LRDM momentarily pulses the left rear deadbolt motor, unlocking the left rear door.
Special Functions	Door Lock/Unlock	When Lock is selected, the LRDM momentarily pulses the left rear door lock motor, locking the left rear door. When Unlock is selected, the LRDM momentarily pulses the left rear door lock motor, unlocking the left rear door.
Special Functions	Door Switch Backlight	When On is selected, the LRDM turns the backlighting on the switches on the left rear door ON.
Special Functions	Window Up/Down	When Up is selected, the LRDM commands the driver door window motor in the Up direction for approximately 5 seconds. When Down is selected, the LRDM commands the driver door window motor in the Down direction for approximately 5 seconds.

Passenger Door Module (PDM) Scan Tool Output Controls

Special Functions	Door Deadbolt Lock/Unlock	When Lock Deadbolt is selected, the PDM momentarily pulses the passenger door deadbolt motor, locking the passenger door. When Unlock Deadbolt is selected, the PDM momentarily pulses the passenger door deadbolt motor, unlocking the passenger door.
Special Functions	Door Switch Backlight	When On is selected, the PDM turns the backlighting on the switches on the passenger door ON.
Special Functions	Exterior Courtesy Lamp	When On is selected, the PDM turns the exterior courtesy lamp located on the bottom edge of the passenger door ON.
Special Functions	Front Psgr. Window Motor	When Up is selected, the PDM commands the passenger door window motor in the Up direction for approximately 5 seconds. When Down is selected, the PDM commands the passenger door window motor in the Down direction for approximately 5 seconds.
Special Functions	Lock Switch Indicator	When On is selected, the PDM turns the passenger door lock switch indicator On.
Special Functions	Mirror Fold	When In is selected, the PDM powers the passenger mirror to fold to the In position. When Out is selected, the PDM powers the passenger mirror to fold to the Out position.
Special Functions	Mirror Heater	When On is selected, the PDM turns On the driver mirror heating element for approximately 5 seconds.
