Installation Procedure

  1. Connect the electrical connectors to the BCM.
    2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  2. Install the screws securing the BCM to the I/P.

    Tighten:  Tighten the screws to 2 N.m (15 lb in).

  3. Connect the closeout panel light electrical connector (1).
  4. Install the I/P closeout panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement - Right Side .
  5. If installing a replacement BCM, program the BCM. Refer to Control Module References for programming and setup information.
