Circuit/System Testing

  1. Disconnect the left rear window switch connector and connect a test lamp from the up signal circuit to ground.
  2. Ignition ON, verify that the test lamp illuminates when the left rear up switch on the DDS is activated.
    • If the test lamp does not illuminate test the left rear window up signal circuit for a short to ground. If the circuit tests normal replace the BCM.
  3. If the circuits test normal replace the left rear window switch.
