Circuit/System Testing

  1. Disconnect the right rear window switch connector and connect a test lamp from the down signal circuit to ground.
  2. Ignition ON, verify that the test lamp illuminates when the right rear down switch on the DDS is activated.
    • If the test lamp does not illuminate test the right rear window down signal circuit for a short to ground. If the circuit tests normal replace the BCM.
  3. If the circuits test normal replace the right rear window switch.
