Removal Procedure

Remove the charge air cooler inlet pipe. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Inlet Pipe Replacement .
Disconnect the engine wiring harness electrical connector from the fuel temperature sensor.

Remove the fuel temperature sensor (1) from the fuel return pipe.
