Installation Procedure

  1. Install a NEW MAP sensor seal to the MAP sensor, if necessary.
  2. Install the MAP sensor (2) to the upper intake manifold.
    3. CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  3. Install the MAP sensor bolt (1).

    Tighten:  Tighten the bolt to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

  4. Connect the engine wiring harness electrical connector (1) to the MAP sensor.
