Installation Procedure

NOTE: The embossed arrow on the MAF/IAT sensor indicates the proper air flow direction. The arrow must point toward the engine.

Install the MAF/IAT sensor to the air cleaner assembly.

CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .

Tighten the MAF/IAT sensor seal clamp.
Tighten: Tighten the clamp to 4 N.m (35 lb in).

Connect the engine wiring harness electrical connector (1) to the MAF/IAT sensor.
Install the air cleaner outlet resonator. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Resonator Replacement .
