Driver Seat and Passenger Seat Heater Control Module Scan Tool Information

Heated Seat Module Scan Tool Data Parameters

Parameter Expected Value Definition
Operating Conditions:  Ignition ON
Driver Seat Back Heat Status Inactive The scan tool displays Active/Inactive. This is the state of the driver seat back heat.
Driver Seat Cushion Heat Status Inactive The scan tool displays Active/Inactive. This is the state of the driver seat cushion heat.
Driver Seat HVC Level Varies The scan tool displays High, Medium or Low. This is the current level of seat heating as requested by the heated seat switch.
Driver Seat HVC Mode Varies The scan tool displays Off, Back & Cushion, Back Only, or Cool. This is the current mode of operation for the driver seat.
Passenger Seat Back Heat Status Inactive The scan tool displays Active/Inactive. This is the state of the passenger seat back heat.
Passenger Seat Back Heat Status Inactive The scan tool displays Active/Inactive. This is the state of the passenger seat cushion heat.
Passenger Seat HVC Level Varies The scan tool displays High, Medium or Low. This is the current level of seat heating as requested by the heated seat switch.
Passenger Seat HVC Mode Varies The scan tool displays Off, Back & Cushion, Back Only, or Cool. This is the current mode of operation for the passenger seat.
Seat Heat Supply Voltage Inactive The scan tool displays Active or Inactive. Active is displayed when the module commands seat heating ON.
