Circuit/System Testing

    NOTE:

    You must perform the Component Testing before proceeding with Circuit/System Testing.

  1. Verify that DTC P0A45, P0A46, P0C57, P0C58, P0C61, P0C62, or P1B04 are not set.
  2. Ignition OFF, disconnect the X176 harness connector at the transmission.
  3. Install the DT-48493  jumper harnessto the harness side only.
  4. Disconnect the X1 harness connector at the T6 drive motor generator power inverter module.
  5. Test for less than 1 Ω between the terminals listed below:
    • Terminals 15 and 49
    • Terminals 16 and 48
    • Terminals 17 and 47
    • Terminals 18 and 46
    • Terminals 20 and 45
    • Terminals 21 and 44
    • If greater that the specified range, test the signal circuit for an open/high resistance.
  6. If all circuits test normal, replace the M15B drive motor with generator assembly.
