Conditions For Setting DTC

No vehicle speed sensor signal is sent to PCM.
Park/Neutral position switch is OFF.
Engine speed is equal to or more than 2350 RPM.
Throttle Position (TP) angle is equal to or more than 13 degrees.
Engine parameters indicate vehicle is being driven.
