Removal Procedure

Remove the air cleaner outlet resonator. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Resonator Replacement .
Disconnect the throttle position (TP) sensor electrical connector (1).

Remove the TP sensor screws.

NOTE: The TP sensor is an electrical component. Do not soak the TP sensor in any liquid cleaner or solvent, as damage may result.

Remove the TP sensor.
