Scan Tool Output Controls

Use the scan tool Special Functions in order to perform certain tests and functions in the electro-hydraulic power steering (EHPS) system. The CANdi module needs to be attached to the scan tool. The table below lists the tests and functions that are available for the EHPS system. The tests and functions are listed in alphabetical order.

Electro-hydraulic Power Steering (EHPS) Module

Scan Tool Output Control Additional Menu Selection(s) Description
BPP Sensor Calibration - Commands the EHPS to force BPP sensor minimum position learn.
Pump Motor Test - Commands the EHPS to set pump speed.
