Steering Column Lock (UA2)

The steering column lock system consists of the steering wheel theft deterrent lock and the steering column lock control module (SCLCM). The SCLCM locks the steering column if the ignition is turned OFF, and the transmission is in Park. The SCLCM unlocks the steering column when the ignition is turned ON.
