Circuit/System Testing
- Ignition ON, verify DTC C0895 is set as current.
- Ignition OFF, disconnect the harness connector at the ESC module.
- Ignition OFF, test for less than 5 ohms of resistance between the ground circuit terminal 2 and ground.
- If greater than the specified range, test the ground circuit for an open/high resistance.
- Engine running, test for 9.5- 15.5 volts between the B+ circuit terminal 1 and ground.
- If greater than the specified range, refer to Charging System Test .
- If less than the specified range, test the B+ circuit for a high resistance.
- If all circuits test normal, replace the ESC module.
