Scan Tool Data Definitions
- Battery Voltage Signal

The scan tool displays 9.0-16.0 Volts. The state of the battery voltage feed to the door module or door switch selected.
- Deadbolt Actuator Command

The scan tool displays Idle/Lock/Unlock/Invalid. The deadbolt actuator output from the DDM where the deadbolt transitions are displayed as Idle/Lock/Unlock/Invalid. The scan tool is capable of commanding the deadbolt actuator to the lock/unlock positions.
- Door Lock Switch

The scan tool displays Idle/Lock/Unlock. The door lock switch state of the DDS, where a switch transition is displayed as Lock or Unlock.
- Ext. Driver Door Handle Switch

The scan tool displays Active/Inactive. The driver exterior door handle switch input to the DDM, where a switch transition is displayed as Active.
- Ext. Psgr. Door Handle Switch

The scan tool displays Active/Inactive. The passenger exterior door handle switch input to the PDM, where a switch transition is displayed as Active.
- Int. Driver Door Handle Switch

The scan tool displays Active/Inactive. The driver interior door handle switch input to the DDM, where a switch transition is displayed as Active.
- Int. Psgr. Door Handle Switch

The scan tool displays Active/Inactive. The passenger interior door handle switch input to the PDM, where a switch transition is displayed as Active.
- LF Door Ajar Switch

The scan tool displays Door Closed/Ajar. The input from the driver door ajar switch to the DDM indicating the status of the driver door.
- LF Latch Solenoid Command

The scan tool displays Active/Inactive. The driver door latch solenoid input to the DDM, where a switch transition is displayed as active. The scan tool is capable of commanding the latch solenoid from active to inactive.
- Lock Switch Indicator Command

The scan tool displays On/Off. The scan tool is capable of commanding the lock switch indicators On and Off.
- RF Door Ajar Switch

The scan tool displays Door Closed/Ajar. The input from the passenger door ajar switch to the PDM indicating the status of the passenger door.
- RF Latch Solenoid Command

The scan tool displays Active/Inactive. The passenger door latch solenoid input to the PDM, where a switch transition is displayed as active. The scan tool is capable of commanding the latch solenoid from active to inactive.
- Trunk Ajar Switch

The scan tool displays Open or Closed. When the trunk is open, the scan tool will display Open. When the trunk is closed, the scan tool displays Closed.
- Trunk Release Solenoid Command:

The scan tool displays ON or Off. The trunk release solenoid input to the BCM, where a switch transition is display as On. The scan tool is capable of commanding the release solenoid from Off to On.
- Trunk Release Switch

The scan tool displays Active or Inactive. When the trunk release switch is pressed, the scan tool will display Active. When the switch is released, the scan tool displays Inactive.
- Window Motor Sensor 2

The scan tool displays Active/Inactive. The window motor sensor input to the door control module, where the window motor sensor displays Active when window movement is detected.
