Circuit/System Testing

  1. Disconnect the ACM and measure and record the voltage of the battery supply voltage circuit and the ground circuit of the ACM then measure the voltage across battery terminals and compare it with the first reading. Verify that the battery and battery supply voltage circuit do not differ more than 0.8 volts.
    • If more than 0.8 volts test the battery supply voltage, ground circuits of the ACM for high resistance or replace the ACM.
  2. Go to Charging System Test .
