CAUTION: Refer to SIR Caution . Preliminary Procedures Disable the supplemental inflatable restraint (SIR) system. Refer to SIR Disabling and Enabling . Remove the inflatable restraint steering wheel module. Refer to Inflatable Restraint Steering Wheel Module Replacement .
1	Steering Wheel Control Switch Screw (Qty: 2) NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice . Tighten: 2 N.m (18 lb in)
2	Steering Wheel Control Harness Retainer Screw (Qty: 2) Tighten: 2 N.m (18 lb in)
3	Steering Wheel Control Harness Retainer
4	Steering Wheel Control Switch Assembly Tip: Disconnect the electrical connectors. Carefully pull the control switch assembly away from the steering wheel.
