Removal Procedure

WARNING: Refer to SIR Warning .

Disable the SIR system. Refer to SIR Disabling and Enabling .
Remove the steering wheel. Refer to Steering Wheel Replacement .

Remove the retaining screws (1) from the steering wheel bezel.
Remove the steering wheel bezel (2).

Insert a small, blunt ended tool into the access hole in the back of the steering wheel in order to push the switch out of the steering wheel.
Disconnect the electrical connector.
