Installation Procedure

Fig 1: Identifying Fuel Level Sensor Wiring Harness Electrical Connector

NOTE: Always use the NEW seal provided with the sensor.

Install the fuel tank pressure sensor.
Connect the fuel level sensor wiring harness electrical connector (1) to the fuel tank pressure sensor.

CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .

Install the fuel sender access hole cover bolts.
Tighten: Tighten the bolts to 2 N.m (18 lb in).
Install the rear compartment liner. Refer to Rear Compartment Liner Replacement .
