Inflatable Restraint Vehicle Rollover Sensor Scan Tool Information

Rollover Sensor Scan Tool Data Parameters

Parameter System State Expected Value Description
Operating Conditions:  Ignition ON
Average Speed - Varies This displays km/h (mph). This is the average speed of the vehicle.
Battery Voltage Signal - Varies This displays volts. This is the voltage input supplied to the rollover sensor.
Current Power Mode - Run The scan tool displays Off, Accessory, Run or Crank Request. This is the state of the ignition switch.
Engine Virtual Device - Present The scan tool displays Present or Not Present.
Primary Key Status - Valid The scan tool displays Unknown, Valid or Invalid. This is the state of the primary key.
Received Primary Key - Varies The scan tool displays the primary key received.
ROS Occupant Containment Req. - Enable The scan tool displays Reserved, Disable or Enable.
ROS Primary Key - Varies The scan tool displays the ROS primary key.
SDM Occupant Containment Status - Enabled The scan tool displays Disabled or Enabled.
Vehicle Speed Status - Valid The scan tool displays Valid or Invalid. This is the state of the vehicle speed.
