Installation Procedure

Fig 1: Fuel Level Sensor & Reservoir Inverted T

Install the fuel level sensor (1) and line up reservoir inverted T (2) with slot on fuel level sensor.

NOTE:

Do not push on the electrical terminals.

Slide the fuel level sensor (1) downward until the locking tab (2) locks into place.

NOTE:

Do not put tension on the wires at the resistor card.

Route the wires into the pump support wire retention feature (1), and gently pull the wire slack flush with the top of the pump (2).
Install the fuel tank pump module. Refer to Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module Replacement - Right Side .
