Preliminary Procedures Remove fuel injector sight shield. Refer to Fuel Injector Sight Shield Replacement (LCS) Remove underhood electrical block. Refer to Underhood Electrical Center or Junction Block Replacement (HP5) Disconnect electrical connectors from cooling fan control module.
1	Cooling Fan Control Module Bolt CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten: 8 N.m (71 lb in)

Remove fuel injector sight shield. Refer to Fuel Injector Sight Shield Replacement (LCS)
Remove underhood electrical block. Refer to Underhood Electrical Center or Junction Block Replacement (HP5)
Disconnect electrical connectors from cooling fan control module.

Cooling Fan Control Module Bolt

CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .

Tighten: 8 N.m (71 lb in)
