Installation Procedure

Fig 1: Fuel Level Sensor Retainers

Install the fuel level sensor cover (3) to the fuel level sensor (2).
Ensure that the fuel level sensor retainers (1) are fully engaged to the cover.
Position the fuel level sensor to the fuel tank fuel pump module and slide the sensor down into position.

Connect the fuel level sensor electrical connector (1) to the fuel tank fuel pump module cover.

Install the fuel level sensor wiring behind the retaining features (1) molded into the fuel tank fuel pump module reservoir.
Install the fuel pump module. Refer to Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module Replacement .
