Front Side Door Lock Replacement

Preliminary Procedures Position the door window as needed for service. Remove the door trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement . Remove the water deflector. Refer to Front Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
1	Inside Door Handle Cable Retainer Clip
2	Front Side Door Lock Screw (Qty: 3) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Release the door lock cylinder rod. Release the outside door handle rod from the door lock clip. The mandatory sequence is 3, 1, 2. Tighten 10 N.m (89 lb in)
3	Front Side Door Lock Disconnect the electrical plug. Transfer all parts to the new lock. It may be necessary to reprogrammed the door lock module after replacing the lock. Refer to Control Module References .
