- Verify that DTC P0A45, P0A46, P0C57, P0C58, P0C61, P0C62, or P1B04 are not set.
- If any of the DTCs are set, refer to DTC P0A45, P0A46, P0C57, P0C58, P0C61, P0C62, or P1B04 .
- Ignition OFF, disconnect the X176 harness connector at the transmission.
- Install the DT-48493 jumper harness to the harness side only.
- Disconnect the X1 harness connector at the T6 drive motor generator power inverter module.
- Test for less than 1 Ω between the terminals listed below:
- Terminals 15 and 49
- Terminals 16 and 48
- Terminals 17 and 47
- Terminals 18 and 46
- Terminals 20 and 45
- Terminals 21 and 44
- If greater that the specified range, test the signal circuit for an open/high resistance.
- If all circuits test normal, replace the M15B drive motor with generator assembly.
NOTE:
You must perform the Component Testing before proceeding with Circuit/System Testing.
