Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page does not describe the selected car, but rather 6 other vehicles, including the 2003 GMC Savana Special, 2003 GMC Savana Camper Special, 2003 GMC Savana, 2003 Chevrolet RV Cutaway, and 2003 Chevrolet Cutaway.   1. Install the front fender extension (3) to the body.
    CAUTION: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  2. Install the bolts (2) in order to retain the front fender extension (3) to the body.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the bolts to 11 N.m (97 lb in).

  3. Install the bolt in order to retain the front fender extension to the rocker panel.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the bolt to the rocker panel to 2 N.m (18 lb in).
