Preliminary Procedure
- Disconnect the air cleaner outlet duct from the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement .
- Remove the air cleaner assembly upper cover. Refer to Air Cleaner Element Replacement .

Air Cleaner Assembly Procedure
NOTE:
Bend secondary inlet snorkel over and hold against front of air cleaner housing for installation.
- Disengage the air cleaner housing grommets from the studs, while guiding the housing out of the inlet duct.
- If replacing the air cleaner assembly, transfer parts as necessary.
- Disconnect the electrical connector.
