Component Testing

Perform the Circuit/System Testing first.
Test for infinite resistance between terminal 1 and terminal 2 on the S2R Transmission Manual Shift Switch - Right.
- If not infinite resistance
  Replace the S2R Transmission Manual Shift Switch - Right.
- If infinite resistance
Test for 500-700 Ω between terminal 1 and terminal 2 on the S2R Transmission Manual Shift Switch - Right, while depressing the switch.
- If not within the specified range
  Replace the S2R Transmission Manual Shift Switch - Right.
- If within the specified range
Test for 500-700 Ω between terminal 1 and terminal 3 on the S2R Transmission Manual Shift Switch - Right.
- If not within the specified range
  Replace the S2R Transmission Manual Shift Switch - Right.
- If within the specified range
Test for 5400-5700 Ω between terminal 1 and terminal 2 on the S2L Transmission Manual Shift - Left.
- If not within the specified range
  Replace the S2L Transmission Manual Shift Switch - Left.
- If within the specified range
Test for 1200-1500 Ω between terminal 1 and terminal 2 on the S2L Transmission Manual Switch - Left with the switch depressed.
- If not within the specified range
  Replace the S2L Transmission Manual Shift Switch - Left.
- If within the specified range
Replace the K9 Body Control Module.
