Circuit/System Verification

Ignition OFF for at least 1 minute to allow for the complete shutdown of the K69 Transfer Case Control Module. Engine ON.
Verify that DTC P0601, DTC P0604, or DTC P062F is only set as a history DTC.
- If any of the DTC's are set as current
1. Program the K69 Transfer Case Control Module. Refer to Control Module References .
2. Verify none of the DTC's reset.
  - If any of the DTC's reset, replace the K69 Transfer Case Control Module. Refer to Control Module References
  - If none of the DTC's reset
3. All OK.
- If any of the DTC's are set as history

NOTE:

After inspection, apply Nyogel lubricant 760G to each connector terminal. Ensure each connector and CPA is correctly seated.

Visually inspect each connector terminal of the K69 Transfer Case Control Module connector for damage or corrosion. Repair as necessary.
Clear DTC P0601, DTC P0604, or DTC P062F from history.
Operate the vehicle within the Conditions for Running the DTC. You may also operate the vehicle within the conditions that you observed from the Freeze Frame/Failure Records data. The DTC should not set.
- If any of the DTC's set
  Replace the K69 Transfer Case Control Module. Refer to Control Module References .
- If none of the DTC's set
All OK.
