Installation Procedure

Install a NEW seal (2) and the fuel tank module (1).

Connect the fuel pump vent hose (1) and transfer hose (2). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .

Use the CH 45722 wrench by turning clockwise and install the lock ring (1).

Connect the fuel pump electrical connector and the quick connects. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
Install the fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement .
