Preliminary Procedure Remove the inside rearview mirror wiring harness lower cover. Refer to Inside Rearview Mirror Wiring Harness Lower Cover Replacement .
1	Inside Rearview Mirror Screw CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Procedure Adjust the mirror to the full upward position. Disconnect the electrical connector. Loosen the set screw located at the base of the mirror. Tighten 1.8 N.m (16 lb in)
2	Inside Rearview Mirror Procedure Slide the mirror upward off of the rearview mirror button. Refer to Control Module References for programming and setup information.
