Installation Procedure

- Install a NEW the fuel pump O-ring.
- Carefully lower the fuel pump module (1) while guiding the fuel tank crossover pipe (2) into the fuel tank (3).

- Use the CH-45722
fuel sender lock ring wrench (1), to install the fuel sender lock ring (2).
- Connect the fuel tank module harness connectors.

- Connect the fuel feed pipe (2) to the fuel pump module. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
- Install the fuel sender assembly to the fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Sender Assembly Replacement (AWD) .
- Install the fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement (AWD) .
