Circuit/System Verification

  1. Ignition ON.
  2. Verify DTC B1405 is not set.
    • If the DTC is not set 
  3. Verify DTC B095D 01, B095E 01, B095D 21, or B095E 21 is not set.
    • If any of the DTCs are set 
    1. Verify none of the B94 Side Object Sensors - Rear are contaminated with snow, mud, dirt, slush, or ice.
      • If contaminated, clean the B94 Side Object Sensors - Rear.
      • If there is no contamination.
    2. Refer to Circuit/System Testing.
    • If none of the DTCs are set 
  4. Verify that DTC B095D 3A or B095E 3A is not set.
    • If any of the DTCs are set 

      Replace the appropriate B94 Side Object Sensor - Rear with the correct sensor type.

    • If none of the DTCs are set 
  5. Ignition ON.
  6. Verify the scan tool Parking Assist System Status parameter is Enabled.
    • If the Parking Assist System Status parameter is Disabled 

      Refer to Circuit/System Testing.

    • If the Parking Assist System Status parameter is Enabled 
  7. All OK.
