Night Vision Cleaning System

The night vision cleaning system is controlled by the BCM and the Windshield Wiper system. Activating the windshield washer when it is dark enough for the night vision system to operate, will also clean the night vision camera window. The night vision cleaning nozzle will spray every 5th windshield wash activation, though typically it will spray on the first activation in any ignition cycle. Windshield washer button presses must be long presses, a quick press may not be counted as a wash request. If the Night Vision image still looks blurry, use a soft wet cloth to gently clean the sensor camera lens and dry thoroughly.
