Remote Control

The wireless remote control is used to control the Rear Seat Infotainment system from the rear seat. Infrared signals from the remote control are received by the infrared receivers in the rear displays and then transmitted to the Media Disc Player via LVDS. The remote control can be used to turn the rear displays on or off, to change system settings and to select the source for the displays. Refer to the Owners Manual for additional information on remote control functions.

Direct sunlight, very bright light and loss of line of sight may affect the ability of the infrared receivers to respond to signals from the remote control.
