Removal Procedure

  1. Disable the high voltage system. Refer to High Voltage Disabling
  2. Drain the power electronics and auxiliary radiator cooling system. Refer to Power Electronics and Auxiliary Radiator Drain and Fill (LTG HP9) 
  3. Air Cleaner Assembly (2)» Remove - Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement

  4. Retainer (1) @ Drive Motor Generator Control Module Coolant Pump Hose (2)» Disengage

  5. Drive Motor Generator Control Module Coolant Pump Hose (2) @ Generator Control Module Coolant/Air Separator» Remove
  6. Radiator Inlet Hose Clip (1) @ Drive Motor Generator Control Module Coolant Pump Hose (2)» Remove
