Installation Procedure

  1. Generator Control Module Coolant Radiator Hose (2) @ Accessory DC Power Control Module» Install

  2. Generator Control Module Coolant Radiator Hose Clamp (1) @ Generator Control Module Coolant Radiator Hose» Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
  3. Generator Control Module Coolant Radiator Hose (2) @ Heater Inlet Pipe Connector» Install

  4. Generator Control Module Coolant Radiator Hose Retainer (1) @ Generator Control Module Coolant Radiator Hose» Engage
  5. Drivetrain and Front Suspension Cradle Plate (3)» Install - Drivetrain and Front Suspension Cradle Plate Replacement

  6. Engine Lower Front Splash Shield (2)» Install - Engine Lower Front Splash Shield Replacement (LTG)

  7. Fill the power electronics and auxiliary radiator cooling system. Refer to Power Electronics and Auxiliary Radiator Drain and Fill (LTG HP9) 
  8. Enable the high voltage system. Refer to High Voltage Enabling
  9. Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
