Installation Procedure

  1. Generator Control Module Coolant/Air Separator (1) @ Generator Control Module Coolant Radiator Bracket» Install

  2. Generator Control Module Coolant/Air Separator Bolt (1) @ Generator Control Module Coolant/Air Separator» Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)

    CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  3. Drive Motor Generator Control Module Coolant Pump Hose (2) @ Generator Control Module Coolant/Air Separator» Install

  4. Retainer (1) @ Drive Motor Generator Control Module Coolant Pump Hose (2)» Engage
  5. Generator Control Module Coolant Tank Hose (2) @ Generator Control Module Coolant/Air Separator» Install

  6. Generator Control Module Coolant Tank Hose Clamp (1)» Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
  7. Fill the power electronics and auxiliary radiator cooling system. Refer to Power Electronics and Auxiliary Radiator Drain and Fill (LTG HP9) 
  8. Enable the high voltage system. Refer to High Voltage Enabling
  9. Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
