Circuit/System Verification

Ignition On/Vehicle in Service Mode. Infotainment system ON, mute OFF.
Verify DTC B123A - B123C are not present.
- If DTC B123A-B123C are present
  Refer to DTC B123A-B123C
- If DTC B123A-B123C are not present
Verify clear audio is heard from each speaker, adjusting fade and balance controls to test each speaker individually.
- If audio is inoperative from one or more speakers or the audio emitted is not clear
1. Verify audio is inoperative from any speaker besides a subwoofer.
  - If Audio is inoperative from a subwoofer
    Refer to Subwoofer Circuit Malfunction.
  - If Audio is inoperative from any speaker besides a subwoofer.
    Refer to Speaker Circuit Malfunction
- If clear audio is heard from all speakers
All OK.
