Installation Procedure

  1. Slide the intermediate steering shaft inner boot (1) downwards over the intermediate steering shaft.

  2. Intermediate Steering Shaft Inner Boot Nut (1)» Install and tighten [3x] 9 N.m (80 lb in)

    CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  3. Upper Intermediate Steering Shaft (1) @ Steering Column» Install - Steering Column Replacement
