Preliminary Procedure Remove the catalytic converter. Refer to Catalytic Converter Replacement (LTG) . Remove the oil pump flow control valve heat shield. Refer to Oil Pump Flow Control Valve Heat Shield Replacement .
1	Oil Pump Flow Control Valve Electrical Wiring Harness Connector Bracket Fastener CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
2	Oil Pump Flow Control Valve Fastener CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 10 N.m (89 lb in)
3	Oil Pump Flow Control Valve Procedure Disconnect the electrical wiring harness connector from the oil pump flow control valve.
