Installation Procedure

    Fig 1: Generator Bolt

  1. Generator (2) » Install
    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution

  2. Generator Bolt (1) Install and tighten [2x] 22 N.m (16 lb ft)

  3. Drive Belt Idler Pulley (2) » Install - Drive Belt Idler Pulley Replacement

  4. Electrical Connector (4) » Connect
  5. Battery Positive Cable (1) » Install
  6. Battery Positive Cable Nut (2) @ Generator » Install and tighten 15 N.m (11 lb ft)
  7. Protective Cap (3) » Install

  8. Install the drive belt. (1) » Install - Drive Belt Replacement
