Installation Procedure

    Fig 1: Fuel Sender And Fuel Pump Seal

  1. Install a NEW Fuel Pump Seal (2).
  2. Install Fuel Sender (1)

  3. Connect Transfer Hose (1). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service

  4. Use the CH 48482  wrench by turning clockwise and install the lock ring (1).

  5. Connect Electrical Connectors (1) (Qty: 2)
  6. Install Fuel Tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement (AWD)
