Installation Procedure

    Fig 1: Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module And O-Ring

  1. Install NEW O-Ring (2)
  2. Install Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module (1)
    3. Fig 2: Transfer Pipe And Fuel Pump Vent Pipe

  3. Connect Fuel Pump Vent Pipe (2). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  4. Connect Transfer Pipe (1). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
    5. Fig 3: Fuel Pump Lock Ring

  5. Install Fuel Pump Lock Ring (1) using CH 45722  Fuel Sender Lock Ring Wrench

  6. Connect Fuel Pump Fuel Feed Hose (3). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  7. Connect Evaporative Emission Canister Vent Hose (2). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  8. Connect Electrical Connectors (1) (Qty: 2)
  9. Install Fuel Tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement (AWD)
