Preliminary Procedures Remove Steering Column Upper Trim Cover. Refer to Steering Column Upper Trim Cover Replacement Remove Steering Column Lower Trim Cover. Refer to Steering Column Lower Trim Cover Replacement Remove Instrument Panel Knee Bolster. Refer to Instrument Panel Knee Bolster Replacement
1	Steering Column Tilt Wheel and Telescope Control Module Bolt (Qty: 2) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 3 N.m (27 lb in)
2	Steering Column Tilt Wheel and Telescope Control Module Procedure Disconnect the electrical connectors. After installation and before the steering column upper and lower trim covers are installed, relearn the soft and hard stops. Refer to Steering Column Tilt Wheel and Telescope Control Module Learn NOTE: In order to relearn the steering column soft and hard stops, the steering column MUST be mounted and fastened and the steering column upper and lower trim covers CANNOT be installed.

Steering Column Tilt Wheel and Telescope Control Module Bolt (Qty: 2)

CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .

Tighten
3 N.m (27 lb in)

Procedure

Disconnect the electrical connectors.
After installation and before the steering column upper and lower trim covers are installed, relearn the soft and hard stops. Refer to Steering Column Tilt Wheel and Telescope Control Module Learn

NOTE:

In order to relearn the steering column soft and hard stops, the steering column MUST be mounted and fastened and the steering column upper and lower trim covers CANNOT be installed.
