Circuit/System Verification
- Verify there are no other DTCs set in the K157 Video Processing Control Module.
- If the DTC is set
Diagnose those DTCs first. Refer to Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) List - Vehicle
- Go to next step: If no other DTCs are set
- If the DTC is set
- Clean all camera lenses, verify mirrors are folded out, and verify the trunk is closed.
- If mirrors are not folded out or trunk lid is not closed
Perform needed tasks
- Go to next step: If mirrors are folded out and trunk is closed
- If mirrors are not folded out or trunk lid is not closed
- Park the vehicle in a flat area with parallel lines on both sides. Vehicle running, transmission in R, verify the line alignment in overhead view, both lines are parallel and aligned well in the front, side, and rear cameras.
- If the overhead view is not clear
- Perform the K157 Video Processing Control Module calibration. Refer to Video Processing Control Module Calibration
- Go to next step: If the overhead view is clear
- All OK.
