Slide the intermediate steering shaft inner boot (1) downwards over the intermediate steering shaft.

CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution .

Intermediate Steering Shaft Inner Boot Nut (1) - Install and tighten [3x] 9 N.m (80 lb in)
